Api 7-1 standard integral spiral blade stabilizer/drilling stabilizer

Integral spiral blade stabilizer is made from AISI 4145H alloy steel, implementation of API specification, threads can be cold rolled, copper-plating or phosphating.

Integral mandrel sleeve stabilizers are made in two parts: One mandrel and one sleeve. The stabilizer is assembled by screwing the sleeve on the body and tightening these on the shoulder. The sleeve has been engineered to avoid any accidental unscrewing as to be easily replaced on rig.

Packaging Details
1. Normal packing: plywood case, wooden box or pallet
2. Suitable for ocean shipping and air shipping.
3. Max. weight for each package: 1500 Kg
4. Standard packing dimension: 1200 * 1100 * 1000 mm
5. Special packing requirements should be known in advance.
6. Custom packing is available.
